Okay, interesting. That's definitely not the impression I got from Thunder Rebels, though, did I miss something? It makes sense, but I don't see any exceptions in the rules to allow for it. Just an error in the book?

It does mean that women are not as shut out from Orlanth's magic as I thought - but the idea of an Ernaldan leader with Allfather feats is odd.

Besides, Vinga is not a Queen. If I was revising things, I'd go back

One of the few problems that I have with Vinga as written is that she grants access to more Orlanthi magic than men have access to - so yes, a fix like that might be handy. If I were going to make the change I'd say simply that a Vingan gets to access the Adventurous subcults of Orlanth - she is 'Vinga the Adventuress' after all.
