That's perfectly fine, but in the material I've written with Greg it is pretty clear that the Heortlings do behave like real world tribal cultures. In fact, the Heortlings are probably even less "modern" than many ancient real world cultures since divine proscriptions are much more enforceable in Glorantha than in the real world.
