Yes - that's why Lunars are always villains in my campaigns.

Jeff, you may certainly list hundreds, and thousands of "heroes" from myth, literature, and history who have killed helpless men, women, children, and babies. That is irrelevant to the fact I do not want to play a game that features such characters as PCs or as friends and leaders of my PCs, or as Heroes my PCs should look up to and emulate. Villains may commit those acts, but certainly not heroes in my limited modern 21st century mind.
