Think positive. I just bought a used cd of 'Civilization: Call to Power' from Electronic Boutique without the manual. KODP has been out a reasonable amount of time for it to have started hitting the used displays in various stores now, and not everyone keeps manuals.

KoDP has hit the "big time", sort of. I've started getting personal requests for the manual, which tells me that it's gotten onto one of the warez sites.

Of course, I do tell these people how to get a manual--it comes with a purchase of the game.
