Its a tough call with a really good leader like this.
I find I can stand one disruptive ring member, two if
I don't have a trickster. Any more than that and not
only does the problems they create begin to get large,
but also I find I start missing out on good advice,
because instead of telling me something relevant they
are ranting about how this is an opportunity to crush
the elves, or whatever.
I think the agenda thing is the most annoying when it
is one of your ring specialists, like your lhankor My
lawspeaker, or your Issaries chief trader. It really
hurts when in an event your lawspeaker doesn't offer
relavent advice.
Of course, sometimes the agenda isn't so disruptive,
and makes for memorable characters. My Uraldan who
was always pushing for war and bloodshed, or my
Orlanthi magician who has the big soft spot for
marriages.
All in all, one of the really cool features that makes
the game so engagine, IMO.
