I would suggest checking out Hero Wars. He's got a cult writeup on the Glorantha webpage (www.herowars.com) which is pretty decent keyword. The keyword was created as a part of a player-contest too!
There will be a fair bit on Elmal in upcoming material for Hero Wars and I am sure that there's a lot of fan-stuff out on various websites. I like Elmal. He's steady guy.
You can porbably reverse engineer a RQ version if you wanted.
