Ah, so our packaging was good for at least one sale... The game's had a fair number of online reviews, and was in two print computer game magazines in the US. More recently in the UK it was in Valkyrie. But I'm afraid we couldn't afford a big marketing campaign...

I'm glad someone appreciates this design decision!

Andy gave a list of sites that hadn't reviewed KoDP. Some of them sound like ones we sent copies to, others are newer than the game. But we'll give them another go. Thanks!
