Is it gonna be really scary and hard?

If I play the hard level game? The average level I found pretty fine as long as at the beginning I kept the neighbors happy and emphasized on increasing the rate limiting step (goods). Anything new or interesting i'd expect to see at the hard level? Cheers Chris
