Don't know when Sierra actually bought Impressions. Sierra has only been a label since the Williams family sold it off. Since then it has been sold and resold several times I think. Impressions used to be a development studio working exclusively for Sierra.
Sort of like Ensemble Studios (Sandy's current employer) working exclusively for Microsoft Games, resulting in them being acquired a couple of years back.
Now I'd like to see an Age of Mythology kind of game in Glorantha! I tried my hand at some stuff way back in Age of Empires, but it's not the same without proper graphics. AOM at least has some familiar mythological creatures. (They've got wind children!)
