Error Message

I'm running KoDP on a Windows 7 laptop. I have to run the game directly from the CD, since whenever I try to install it I get the following error:

"Setup is unable to find installation languages in E:\SETUP.LID file. Error 105"

However, I noticed that my version of the program is version 1.3, and I want to update it to the current version. So now I need to figure out how to install it under Windows 7. Any suggestions on how to fix the error above?
