That said. Yeah, surviving any catastrophic event would be very achievement-worthy. Some of the particularly memorable events could also give achievements, e.g. raising Kallyr and whats-his-name-vengence-boy to legend, or plotting your way through the false queen and come out on top.
Other than that, some particularly weird or stupid playstyle could also be achievemented. Finishing the game without any blessing, without hunters, without any defensive building, getting all treasures, pissing off all "enemy faction" (i.e. elves, dwarves, etc.), reaching 2000 pop, conquering all DP, completing all HQ, finishing with a jester king, etc etc etc.
Of course, KoDP is a game where some of these weird feats would and should be heavily punished by design. KoDP really isn't a game that reward gratuitous extremes. Still, I would be happy to see a "King Arsehole of Dragon Pass" achievement: this recognizes and awards consistent assholery is rightly rewarded, where the clan chooses to piss others off at every opportunity. Alas, KoDP is basically impossible to finish without trying to play nice at least half of the time.
