IIRC the cd is still unofficially for sale on A#'s home page. You won't get 2 day delivery or anything like that, but it will get to you.

There is a vendor still selling new boxed copies on amazon. I got one for a nephew this last holiday season. Priced like a new game, but worth every penny.
