I think that the Sylangi tribal lands are most of Markdale. But why not have some of the north Markdale lands east of the Drevor river belong to the Volsaxi? We know that Dreven and Volsax quarreled and eventually made peace, but that quarrel could explain why the Volsaxi have a foothold in the Markdale. The Sylangi might have had some pretty lousy lands (with the exception of the lower Markdale), but profited greatly from their Great Betrayal (getting overlordship over the Kultain).

I assume they are all dated for 1621.
