Jorkandros the Blinder, of the Untarl family of Yuthuppa - is definitely from Yuthuppa (p. 148 KoS). That's about all we know for certain about the guy - he's from Yuthuppa.
BTW, I am pretty darn sure there are more than three traditional Dara Happan regiments in the Lunar Army.
