The borders of present day Heortland based on a certain distance from the Print. Assuming the Northern Border is the Crossline, then the Larnsti cannot go further south than Mount Shadow which is where the Esvulari are.

I think it was one of the two reformations of the Kingdom mentioned in the Glorantha: Intro prior to Andrin. The God Learners are able to infiltrate the Kingdom until a Larnsti makes a change and the God Learners are driven out with ease.
