I've finally got a draft of the Lunar force composition I mentioned earlier:
  1. The initial encounters.

New Moon General
Light or Irregular Cavelry - half a regiment - 250 Spearwall Infantry - understrength regiment - 700 Light Infantry - regiment - 1000
Irregular Infantry - several companies - 500

2. The first major assault.

Jorkandros - Crescent Moon General
Heavy Infantry - regiment - 1000
Peltasts - regiment - 1000
Dragoons - half regiment or
Light or Irregular Cavelry - regiment - 500 Spearwall Infantry - 2 understrength regiments - 1500 Light Infantry - regiment - 1000
Irregular Infantry - several companies - 1000 (including 200 Shargashi fanatics)

3. 1619/1620 with notes of specific arrivals and departures.

Jorkandros - Crescent Moon General
replaced on ?do we have a date? by
Tatius the Bright - Waxing Moon General
Heavy Infantry - understrength regiment - 800 Peltasts - understrength regiment - 700
Dragoons - half regiment or
Light Cavelry - regiment - 500
Spearwall Infantry - understrength regiment - 600 Light Infantry - understrength regiment - 800 Irregular Infantry - several companies - 500 Arrives Sea Season 1620
Engineers - 50
Arrives Fire Season 1620
College of Magic - 30

4. 1621 the buildup to the final assault again with notes on specifics.

Tatius the Bright - Waxing Moon General
Heavy Infantry - 2 regiments - 2000
Peltasts - 2 regiments - 2000
Dragoons - regiment - 1000
Light Cavelry - regiment - 500
Spearwall Infantry - 5 understrength regiments - 3000 to 4000 Light Infantry - 2 regiments - 2000
Irregular Infantry - several companies - 2000 Dragonnewts - 888 (I assume this number is significant) Engineers - 200
College of Magic - 100

Generals -
Tatius will need two or three generals to assist him. I suggest a Dara Happen, a Tarshite and a mercenary general from somewhere exotic. Jorkandros should also have at least one if not two New Moon Generals to assist him.

I've keep descriptions as generic as possible so that narrators can fit individual units in to suit their game. Examples follow -

Heavy Cavelry - Just about every cavelry unit not included below,

                pretty useless in a siege.
Light or Irregular Cavelry - Horse Archers, Char-Un, Sable Riders Dragoons - Mounted Infantry also capable of fighting as cavelry Heavy Infantry - Tarsh Huscarls, Dara Happen Phalanxes, Sun Domers,
                 Guards units
Spearwall Infantry - Basic Lunar troops, often militia. Quality varies
from average downwards but there are plenty of them.
Peltasts - Well trained skirmishers also capable of fighting in close order. Light Infantry - Skirmishers equipped with Slings, Bows or Javlins Irregular Infantry - Sartarite clans, Tarsh Highlanders, Various Mercenaries College of Magic - An organised unit of Magicians Engineers - People trained to build siege equipment, plan defensive works
etc. Labour is supplied either by Spearwall Infantry and
            sometimes slaves.

I hope I've taken everyone's comments into account but no doubt they'll be more.

I'll upload to the files section and Wiki Wiki as well.
