Superb notion: I'm voting for this. (With Oliver's caveat that it *may* just be the recent, not-fully-digested souls -- it may be best to leave this up to individual Narrators, who may want to preserve the grossness of the Bat's power and/or underline the glories of the players' victory).

I was idly musing on the effects to the local spiritual ecosphere of suddenly releasing a whole damn *army* of anti-Lunar ghosts in the general vicinity of the Kingdom of Sartar... this could be another significant part of the Hero Wars' escalation, if they get "reborn" (let's say) in 1619/20, and are of fighting age for Argrath's wars, a couple of decades later.
