In researching something totally different, I came across a fun and likely Whitewall ally; Zelezza Blackpaw from the Garhound scenarios. She is described as being wild, energetic, and having a treasonous contempt for Lunars.

IMG, she becomes the cult leader of a small and loosely organized band of Yinkin in the Zola Fel and surrounding countryside. (The former priest, Hingot the Wily, retires from his responsibilities to eat as much as possible and work on his bed tally with the daughters of Lunar aristrocrats in Pavis, but thats a different story). While the group has never gathered together for reasons other then worship, Zelezza is the one that breaks the status quo.

My take on Zelezza is she is passionate and reckless enough to lead her followers west and pick on the supplies and patrols of the Lunar siege force. Since they have no experience working as a group or waging war, I would wager initially their success is mixed at best. Instead they rely on their stealth and survival skills to keep them around for the haul, and Zelezza gradually learns and improves her strategies.

If I interpret this correctly, the area about Whitewall is hilly and sporadically forested - good familiar ground for Yinkini. None but the most rugged of the Lunar's irregular scouts would be able to keep up with them.

Could be a fun alternative for a group of new PCs adventuring in the setting of Whitewall.
