That's one of the reasons I wrote it:-) The other reasons were:
- This gives the defenders who aren't on the Bat something to do.
Just in case some campaign is at Whitewall but they don't want to be
on the Bat with Broyan.
- The Bat disappearing into the Ocean gives you the twin options of
it being dead OR it can pop back up from Magasta's Whirlpool and head
on over to Pamaltela for the samurai/keets/whatever option. (Sorry
can't remember the correct term-I'm all for weirdness). Of for that
matter it might pop out of any body of water. Imagine some poor duck
farmer in Kralorela's expression when that comes out of his duck
pond:-)
- I figured what with all the big juju going on it was a perfect
opportunity for the sea to seek revenge. And it gives you that storm
lashed tower of rock imagery.
Just suggestions of course...
