RQA is out of date, gregged, and otherwise inconsistent with what we know of the Volsaxi, the Kitori, Whitewall, etc. My understanding is that Ian Cooper is working on the Night Jumpers heroband at about the same speed I am working on the Volsaxi and the Larnsti.
