Good point, and you're right, this is when a lot of scenario material can happen.

And this is going to be such a classic case of repeating mistakes. The entire 1613 rebellion was, after all, due to a bunch of RQ2 PCs getting a bit overenthusiastic about raiding Lunars, and things escalating from there.

Escalation seems to be a theme for this siege. So lets start as we mean to go on.
