Yep. In one sense, all female Orlanth worshippers are vingans. Vinga is the gateway for female initiation into the Orlanth cult. Many or most, however, go on to specialise in an Orlanth subcult.

Kallyr is not primarily a vingan (any more). She is Rigsdali.

Beti is not primarily a vingan. She is probably Dar or another kingly cult. (Colymar experts?)
