FWIW, Kallyr is listed in OiD as an initiate of "Vinga Dar the Queen", having swapped to Dar from Vanganth back in 1611. I agree that her Rigsdali links are stronger than her Vingan ones, but that's how the Dar bit works.

I see no reason why Leika couldn't be an initiate of "Vinga Dar", and in fact since she's a Queen, I'd be amazed if she wasn't.
