I doubt the Lunars have the men or the time to eradicate Whitewall or all of its fortifications . They probably smash some towers, light everthing on fire and leave it an empty husk within Baron Sanuel's domain. I suspect that it is given by Baron Sanuel to those of his mercenaries that worship at the reliquary of St. Caspodi. Following the Battle of Iceland, I think the Orlanthi start agitating for a return to Whitewall.
