NB: "Legate" appears as a Lunar officer's title (of similar rank to a
Polemarch and equivalent to our "Colonel") in "Orlanth is Dead," p.29.
This particular legate is the commander of a Yanafali cavalry vexilla,
and comes from Oronin.
