Well, yes, actually. Having a single lunatic as commander will
eventually land you in a meat grinder, as soon as the tactical
situation doesn't fit his form of insanity. (Applications of this
are left to the reader.)
You just have make sure the manic gets to be Red Commander and the
paranoid is Black Commander.
