But she's a Mastakos specialist. For this, we need a Defender Wind specialist.

Yep - unless they wimp out of course. Short-notice HQing isn't for everyone, it's very high-risk. I think Leika's only going because she can't let Kallyr beat her at anything (well, that's what she hopes)

The mile-throw javelin is a base Vinga combat feat, you don't need DW for it. DW extra combat feat is "Aid throw with wind", and they're both Combat, so you have to choose :(
