My Read German 8 with a +10 augment from the Babel Fish says:

"Not unwanted the king rapidly to the end pushing and relentless sense the compulsion came to get rid of of its prisoners: these, at number nearly half so strongly as their Besieger, had made the monitoring so difficult that Teja had to threaten each release attempt with death."

I see what you mean. The Orlanthi had better not be taking Lunar prisoners.
