I still like the idea that Kallai (and a couple of other surviving leaders) was slain during the failed Storm Bull ceremony of Orgwaha Blue Llama in which Estal Donge saved Temertain's life. An older version of CHDP had several leaders who had chosen exile atop Larnste's Table claim the amnesty granted to Temertain's companions, and the events of the Storm Bull ceremony were in part a Lunar plot to pay back that cheek using their Chaos affinities.
