There's at least one occassion early on where Kallyr is leading a raid on the Lunar supplies and gets ambushed by Pharon. While she gets away a lot of her party don't and Pharon nails up prisoners and corpses along the road as a warning to other rebels. That was at the stage where she and a lot of Orlanthi were still thinking in terms of cattle raids.
