To clarify, I use the idea of 'taking out' heroband guardians very
loosely. The exact how and why and when of a unit losing the benefits
provided by the guardian is open to so many variables, and the
dynamism of the narrative. I'm certainly not saying that if some
Orlanthi warrior grasps a vexilla standard the entire Lunar battle
structure suddenly fizzles out!
