Well there's about 230 words there so if you chop the backstory and abbreviate the rest you should get it down to about 100.
If you want some NPC style stats I'd go for something like:
Heortling Warrior 15W Initiate of Starkval 5W2 Organiser 15W Fyrd trainer 20W Hate Chaos 10W Loyal to King Broyan 2W2 Protective of Volsaxi fyrd 10W2 Collegue of Scathach 10W Contempt for Heros 5W
The high values reflect him being fyrd leader for at least a decade and a weaponthane for several years before that. I'd put him in his mid-40s.
