In my Glorantha CA priestesses are regarded as pretty strange by most Heortlings. Maybe she refused to sacrifice an animal to save a child or she treated an enemy before one of her own clan.

I'm sure that isn't the only bit of chaos the Lunars bring to WW. Doesn't "The Widows Tale" mention some Scorpionmen employed by the Lunars. Not sure how much use they would be unless they can climb vertical walls.

Attacking Lunar supplies certainly but I'm not sure they'd be much use guarding Broyan's. Pharon is certainly capable of using a chaotic creature to divert a convoy guard of Storm Bulls while he seizes the convoy.

Which other side? Broyan could easily have had a squabble with Rickard or some other Malkioni in the years before the siege and Kestongari could have changed sides then. Mind you that does raise the question of what his religious status is after consorting with pagans for several years.
