I'm sure Sesarto did many grand things - and remember, Whitewall was built nearly 1500 years before the Siege of Whitewall. Although the Lhankhor Mhy cult and probably the Volsaxings remember it being built by the Jan the Maker, most Orlanthi don't have a clue. It looks cool, it was built in the First Age, must have been built by Sesarto.
