I don't think that Argrath is a Wolf Pirate although admittedly this makes the Mularik connection a lot more complicated.

Nope. The Telmori dispute is with Argrath of Pavis, not Argrath Whitebull.

If he kills enough people, then it's not so much a reputation killer but a reputation enhancer.
