The most famous of course, is the Carmanian Griffin, which only lives here and in the hilly lands to the south. Like regular griffins, it prefers highlands and mountains, so it won't be found much in the valley itself. It is a nocturnal predator, combining the features of puma and owl in the same way that regular griffins combine lion and eagle.
There is a list of Pelorian creatures at glorantha.com: http://www.glorantha.com/support/ar_distr.html#regions Of course, this is not specific to Carmania, and some creatures on it obviously don't live there (e.g. uvathasa are from Saird, destixins aren't known until the Third Age), but it's not a bad place to start.
