Tusk Riders would probably prefer to be called Aramites in the 2nd Age as I assume they have not undergone any sort of dark deals with demons until after the Dragonkill.
I know that lions aren't really fantasy creatures, but I'd personally make a big deal of lions in 2nd Age Carmania - lion hunts, lion daimons, etc.
