Its important to remember, I think, that there is a gap of around 600 years or so between the expulsion of the God Learners from Fronela and the start of the Ban. I think its likely that most GL influence was already expunged well before then - although, granted, it depends on which particular bits of influence you are thinking of. The question is as to what they were doing during that period; Peter believes that they were (mostly) Rokari or at least something similar to the Rokari, while my understanding is that they were (mostly) Hrestoli/Irensavelists and not much like the Rokari at all.
