Officially, the earthquake that the Luatha made to sink Seshnela had further reverbrations. They sank both Jrustela and Kralorela as well. And that was...

The quake broke and flooded the island.

We don't know if they were teleported of if they cam by tunnels or via th Hero Plane or what.
They don't tell humans how they got there.

Here's what is known: NO HUMANS LIVED IN THE JRUSTELAN ARCHIPELAGO when the first people got there.

Heck, it's possible there were some that survived, but were killed by the Elder Races. Or that they survived and the Vadeli (who were the first "humans" to reach the island) ate them. Or maybe there are still some, hiding someplace, undiscovered.
