Top of the World Mountain (Mt Farar) - I know it's somewhere in the Rockwoods, probably roughly in the northeast.

Some EWF locations:

Molorios - razed by Hachrat Blowhard. It's almost certainly in Dara Happa.

Noramland - defended by Ingolf against Cragspider (probably Dragon Pass or Peloria)

Harna Gamoon - levelled by the Red Dragon (in the Dragonkill)
