Probably not something that requires a special god! Again, perhaps it is worth keeping in mind that the basic division of the Orlanthi goddesses is into three generations:

Crone - Asrelia/Ty Kora Tek
Mother - Ernalda
Youth - Voria

Or perhaps into the three sisters: Esrola, Maran, and Ernalda. Now there are plenty of minor goddesses that don't fit into either scheme, but most of these are just little locally significant goddesses.

Ernalda is the Weaver - but that's not a mere occupation thing. The loom is the symbol of her magic, she spins the thread that holds the world together. Whatever else one might worship Ernalda as (Queen, Seer, Healer, Midwife, Wife, whatever) she is the Divine Weaver.

That's not Orlanth. Orlanth is the Youthful Warrior, the Allfather, and the Thunderer. Again, these aren't occupational things but inherent in the god.

Lots of activities won't have a big Orlanthi cult to act as their patron. Maybe they just have a little guardian to help. Maybe they just call on their ancestors. But there is no need to create a formal Orlanthi subcult for all Orlanthi activities.
