Why? The role of an elder male in Orlanthi society is very clear - he is a leader, an advisor, a family leader. He is blessed by Allfather or, if he is a priest, by the Thunderer. No special subcult required.

An old farmer probably offers sacrifices to Durev. He's got a family to lead - adult children and hopefully grandchildren. No special subcult required. If he doesn't have a family, well, he's a failure.
