I do not think that is the case. Nandan is a man who does women's duties. He's a woman in the same way Vinga is a man.

I suspect that you are thinking of Heler. He/she can change gender, species, and a whole host of things. That's what Heler does. Among other things. Depending.

Uh, not that we know of. I've never seen any particular prohibition against that sort of relationship.
