Is she? She started a rebellion that failed dismally. Then she had a hand in raising a boat, of great benefit to land-locked Sartar. Then she tried a short LBQ and failed. Then she tries to light the Flame of Sartar and it flickers a bit, pretty much what Temertain did. Then she dies. She may have come back again and become Queen of Sartar for a couple of years when Argrath went away, but that's about it.

Not much, really.

When Argrath lit the Flame of Sartar it leapt hundreds of feet in the air. Bryon killed the Crimson Bat, showed people how to breathe again and dies fighting the Empire. Harrek fought armies and major Heroes. Sheng Seleris killed the Red Emperor. These are important figures. Kallyr is a has-been. One little rebellion and everyone keep talking about it .....
