I always thought that the "dork" was Garrath "Argrath" Swordsharp, and the Broo with Scorpion arm was "the other Ralzakark".

No matter what KoS says, it is not complete (as we know it left out the Fimbulwinter), so in my Glorantha there was an event in which Harrek, Garrath (and other wolfpirates?) visited Dorastor where they met the other Ralzakark.
