Chaos and the Compromise

To what extent are the various Chaos gods (if "god" is the proper term) bound or not bound by the Compromise? Some are pretty clearly not covered, while others are ambiguous and a few appear to be bound in some way or another. Presumably, the "netting" portion of the Compromise could representing a binding of Chaos into the strictures of Time without its consent, but it's unclear which Chaos gods were covered by that.

Some examples: Cacodemon is pretty clearly not bound by the Compromise, perhaps getting off on the "dismemberment" clause, as pieces of gods don't seem to be treated as divine for purposes of the Compromise.

Primal Chaos is presumably not bound, as it isn't really "located" at a place where it could be, but as Primal Chaos really doesn't have intelligence or directiveness its bound or unbound state isn't entirely relevant.

Malia and Thed? I can see a strong argument to be made that these two entities are bound, though I can see alternate arguments for Thed being an ancestral spirit for the Broo and not a deity at all. Malia certainly is incorporated in limited ways into a number of pantheons, all of which are covered under the Compromise.

There's probably an interesting tale to be told about how Malia and/or Thed actively participated in the Compromise, though I doubt there's an Urox alive who would care to hear it.

What about Vivamort? Krarsht? A tad nervewracking to think they're not bound by the Compromise, especially as neither of them is sufficiently insane or crippled to be of little utility to their followers. (I suppose Vivamort could be POW-starved...)

I'm also wondering if the varied forms of Divine Intervention offered by the Chaos Gods might offer a clue as to their Compromised or Un-Compromised status?
