Its going on right there at the business end of the third age, Argrath with his association with the Colymar, Jarreel with her innovations and Cultural manipulation of Hon Eel's Rites in Tarsh and Esrolia (and playing Belintar at his own game), and I think Moirades & Fazzur were up to something.
