This is not necessarily true. Sex drive is as much psychological as hormonal. A eunuch who was castrated before puberty will probably never develop a sex drive, but someone who loses his gonads as an adult can still function sexually.
I don't think a broo's warped urge resides in his dangly bits. Castration may make impregnation more difficult, but I'm sure the broo will try.
