Basically a Mistress Troll should have the power level and abilities of the trolls you meet when heroquesting on the more serious levels. They are the original trolls. Similarily the Mostali are what one meets when heroquesting. ww to wwww I guess, but at the moment I still think the 10w2 is a good benchmark. It may be ten points too low, but not much more than that.

I'd also say they are what they are. Powerful mmortal creatures like that are confident in their abilities, and don't actually continue to develop into infinite skill levels. This just incase people think why the 600 year old Mistress troll isn't more skilled and powerful than any superhero. I seriously doubt the Mistress worries about developing her backhand with the lead-tipped mace and working on her dehori summoning. :D

This is not to say there aren't exceptional individuals among these creatures. Cragspider and the Only Old One could be seen as mistress troll heroes (even though it's not literally true), while Flintnail and Isidilian are propably rather exceptional Mostali.
