By "there" do you mean The Green Age?

I have this notion that Aldryami dread (not fear, really) fire because to them it is like Nysalorean illumination. It severs their connection to all they are familiar and comfortable with. They don't fear dying, the dread the loss of that connection to the Green Age.

Thoughts?
